H2 Property services is a large gas and electrical service company in South London. H2 were facing an issue that they were receiving lots of calls in the evening and over the weekend when the office was closed which they were not able to take. 

Work completed

Elyos implemented an AI voice agent that answers call and makes bookings when the office is closed. The agent answers questions in a human like manner and makes sure the customer is able to get the information they need or make a booking. The transcript of the call is sent by email to the customer service agents. 

Result

H2 Property services are now able to provide a 24 hour phone service where customers can book appointments out of hours. This has increased the number of appointments booked.
